Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
1 fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, thinly sliced in rings
1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. pickled sushi ginger
1 lb. Chinese white cabbage
METHOD:
Stir-fry cilantro, garlic, onion and cabbage in sesame oil for 5 minutes until tender. Add salt, black pepper and pickled sushi ginger. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until aroma of ginger is strong. Serve hot on a bed of rice or noodles with other stir-fries or as a side dish at a barbecue.
