Ingredients
Any type of fish ½ kilogram
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon
Spring onion paste ½ teaspoon
Garlic paste ¼ teaspoon
Pepper powder ¼ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 1 cup
Method
Clean the fish well and marinate it with the ingredients. Keep for one hour. Keep a vessel on the stove with oil and heat. Put the fish and fry both sides in low heat. Serve it hot.
